FABRICATION PROCESS
Using my plasma cutter, I start out by hand-cutting individual pieces from heavy steel plate and the various cut-out shapes according to the design. Then I grind the rough edges, assemble the pieces together using my tig welder. The fabricated chair is cleaned for the powder coating process.
